ART POST: Good Intentions
Pairing: Snape
Rating/Warnings/Kinks: PG
Notes: I am working on different shading techniques. I like how the skin turned out in this one, but I am not too fond of the shirt. This is my take on the canon scene of Snape on the stairs in his nightshirt right before he is facing Moody.

I am also including a ratings poll. I am not sure if this is a good idea or not, only time will tell. The poll is IP locked but not on IJ/LJ i.e. I cannot see who voted but you can only vote once.

I love little quirks about this. his legs and feet make me grin. the stairs in the back, the crooked candle and his slightly bewildered expression are made of win. the hem of his nightshirt looks good... the right sleeve (his right) isnt draping right. and the shoulders feel too much like a teaching robe, somehow. also, I'd like just a bit more light one the whole thing, including a wee hilight to distinguish his hair from the inky background.

still, nice greys!

	:D Thank you. It really helps when a second pair of eyes takes a look. I am thinking of redoing the shirt. I already did it once in a different style and it sucked even more. I was trying for soft material but dammit that is hard. I can see his air in front of the background. I will have to check on that, maybe my screen setting are different/odd. (Reply to this) (Parent)
